No Aussie BBQ is complete without a few burgers being flipped. Rather than buying pre-made burgers, we're going to make our own using regular mince, Flaming Coals classic BBQ sauce, and Big Boy BBQ's Burger Magic rub. Simply get the mince, sprinkle in the rub, and then add in the sauce bit by bit until it all binds together in the texture you want. Form them into shapes and place them on a grill or hotplate for about 10 minutes.

I'm sure we've all burned a burger or two, so don't leave your burgers alone. Keep the tongs in your hand and flip them every few minutes for about 10 minutes, or until done.

When the burgers are finished. It's time to assemble them with your preferred toppings. Beetroot, pineapple, and egg are all Australian burger staples. But it's entirely up to you what you want to put on your burger, whether it's simple or fancy!
