Salt & Vinegar Chicken Wings

  • Prep time: 10 minutes

Lightly coat with oil and mix through. Any oil will do, but we prefer the taste of Olive Oil.

Place the wings inside the Auspit Spitmate and secure on the skewer by tightening the wing nut.

Roast over hot coals for 45 minutes to an hour, let the Spitmate and hot coals to their magic.

When the wings are golden brown, remove the Spitmate from the skewer using heatproof gloves. Made from 304 grade stainless steel, the Spitmate is easy to clean and built to last like all Auspit accessories.

Place the wings inside a mixing bowl and lightly coat with Kosmos Q Salt and Vinegar Wing Dust and mix through. For stronger flavour, coat one more time. Kosmos Q Wing Dust is simply an amazing product and available in four delicious flavours – Salt & VinegarKickin CajunHoney BBQ and Buffalo Hot.

Serve with your favourite dipping sauce and enjoy!
